Ashlee Owens

Ashlee Owens joined Prodigal Media in July 2005 as a copywriting intern, quickly establishing a full-time position for herself with her work on Sheely’s “Furnish Your Life” campaign. As copywriter and producer, she serves a variety of clients across a spectrum of industries, bringing to each creative appeal, a distinct voice and a message that’s strategically on target.

Ashlee has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Youngstown State University, where she was an Honors Scholarship recipient. In 2003, she was one of five college journalists chosen nationally to intern at the Daily Press in Virginia, a Tribune-Company newspaper, where she honed her ability to write accurately and creatively while meeting strict deadlines. Throughout her academic career, she also served as a features correspondent for the Vindicator.
