Kelly Lipka
Chief Financial Officer

Kelly A. Lipka, Chief Financial Officer, is a certified public accountant and handles the business operations of Prodigal as well as the financial processes. She works with the executive team to systematically improve business and financial functions of the company in order to help it grow while adding insight into the business, financial and business-legal realms of the agency.

She received her B.S. in secondary mathematics education from Youngstown State University and worked for several years as an educator in Columbus. Upon returning to the Valley, Kelly attended YSU for her Masters in Business Administration. Prior to joining Prodigal, Kelly worked as a Tax and Accounting Manager at Packer Thomas where she worked for many manufacturing companies and high net-worth individuals.
